The Five Dysfunctions of a Team was specifically as a tool for “team building” in a corporate setting.  However, the content and message in this book are excellent for Church Leadership & Ministry Teams. As we  integrate biblical foundations, pastoral realities, and ministry application while remaining faithful to Patrick Lencioni’s framework in this book, this teaching and training will benefit all who will participate.  See you soon!
